Procurement Executive

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing procurement processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. You will play a key role in maintaining supplier relationships, optimizing procurement strategies, and ensuring the smooth operation of the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement Management:
  • Source and select suppliers/vendors for required materials, products, and services.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to ensure favourable pricing, quality, and delivery schedules.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, contracts, and agreements in compliance with company policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring high levels of service and reliability.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to delivery, quality, or pricing.
• Inventory and Stock Management:
  • Coordinate with internal teams to assess and forecast material requirements, ensuring stock levels are maintained to meet business needs.
  • Track and monitor deliveries to ensure timely and accurate receipt of goods.
• Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, market trends, and best practices.
  • Continuously analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
• Compliance and Reporting:
  • Ensure all procurement activities adhere to legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
  • Prepare procurement reports, budgets, and cost analysis for management review.
• Cost Control:
  • Assist in developing and managing procurement budgets.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction through negotiation and process optimization.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier negotiation, and contract management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Preferably fluent in reading and writing in Mandarin.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with procurement software is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Procurement or Supply Chain Management (e.g., CIPS, CPIM).
• Knowledge of industry-specific procurement trends and best practices.
• Experience in global sourcing or international procurement.
