Procurement Executive

The candidate will oversee purchases and develop new contracts. In this position, the candidate will play a key role in procuring high-quality and cost-efficient supplies for the project. The candidate will follow procurement procedures, maintain an updated list of current and incoming inventory, and be responsible for approving purchases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and collect market information based on different products.
• Provide sourcing support for supplier resources.
• Prepare, draft and manage all tenders and supplier contracts.
• Assist in sourcing and in execution for materials, products & cost reduction negotiation with suppliers and cross-checking purchases information.
• Responsible for Request for Quotation (RFQ), procurement contract and Purchase Order (PO) execution/ processing.
• Coordinate and deal with problems arising from contract implementation and procurement activities, ensure contracts are fully addressed and appropriate, in terms of the requirements and commercial terms.
• Establish and maintain material management ledger, conduct data statistics and filing.
• Work with team members to complete duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in any field.
• Minimum 1 year of related working experience required, fresh graduates are also welcome.
