Procurement Executive

We are looking for a dynamic Procurement Executive to join our team.

The Procurement Executive will be responsible for managing the full cycle of procurement activities in collaboration with Business / Project Owners / Managers according to the prescribed policy, procedures, and control measures efficiently and effectively. This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. In-charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase order delivery schedule.
2. Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, pricing, timelines and others.
3. Prepare and maintain all related procurement reporting such as RFP/RFQ/RFI/Direct Purchase/Purchase Order databases, vendor master list and vendor’s performance records.
4. Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.
5. Work with other departments to complete any new project and attend to urgent orders requests.
6. Perform other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time as deemed necessary.

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent.
2. At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Proficiency in inventory software (eg. AutoCount) and MS Office suite, especially Excel.
4. Strong organization & communication skills; initiative and detail-oriented, independent and strong sense of urgency.
5. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
