about the job

  • Sourcing & Supplier Management: Identify, qualify, and negotiate with suppliers.
  • Procurement Operations: Oversee purchasing processes, ensuring compliance.
  • Risk Management: Mitigate supplier risks and ensure product quality.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams to align procurement strategies.
  • New Product Support: Source materials for prototypes and product launches.
  • Inventory & Reporting: Manage inventory control and procurement reports.


about the requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years in procurement/supply chain (manufacturing), with 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Technical Knowledge: Experience in engineering purchasing and sourcing standard components is a plus.
  • Procurement Expertise: Strong supplier negotiations, cost-saving initiatives, and process improvement skills.
  • Systems Proficiency: MS Office, procurement software (SAP, Oracle, PowerBI).
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, strategic thinking, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
