PROCESSING TECHNICIAN

RESPONSIBILITY & ACCOUNTABILITY

1. Maintenance, service and repair jigs & machines (automatic/semi-automatic).
2. Understand basic mechanical & electrical principles.
3. Understand basic pneumatic and electro-pneumatic systems.
4. Understand basic PLC.
5. Willing to perform ad-hoc jobs.
6. Able to work with low supervision.
7. Able to read basic drawings.
8. Assist in engineering/production improvement activities.
9. Assist in productivity improvement studies.
10. Ensure preventive maintenance is conducted properly as scheduled.
11. Check and follow-up on all related engineering projects.
12. Check and follow-up on all related engineering documents.
13. Ensure daily activities comply with Company Environment Policy and Procedure.
14. Comply and maintain 5S activity in the engineering section.
15. Carry out any further instructions from superiors.

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENT

1. Certificate or diploma in Engineering.
2. Troubleshooting skills, basic electrical, pneumatic knowledge, and computer literacy.
