Job Descriptions:

• Assist in daily production operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Support in monitoring production schedules and meeting quality standards.
• Assist in maintaining quality assurance protocols to meet product standards.
• Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Work closely with production staff to maintain efficiency and productivity.
• Provide training support and assist in performance evaluations.
• Identify minor inefficiencies and suggest process improvements.
• Assist in reducing waste and optimizing resource utilization.
• Support the preparation of production reports and data analysis.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.

Job Requirements:

• A degree in Engineering, Food Technology, Production Management, or related fields is preferred but not required.
• 1 year of relevant experience in production or operations will be added an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong time management skills and a proactive mindset are encouraged to apply.
• Open to candidates from other industries with transferable skills and a willingness to learn.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of production planning and quality management systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
