As part of our expansion, we are seeking a Process Manager to lead our process engineering team, optimize production efficiency, and ensure high-quality standards in manufacturing.

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Process Manager to oversee and optimize the company’s manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with the design, production, and quality departments to ensure efficient and cost-effective manufacturing. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical product manufacturing, welding, stamping, coating, and plating processes. Candidates with experience in process design or quota management are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Process Technology & Management
   Lead process design and management, ensuring efficiency and standardization in production.
   Collaborate with design teams to translate product designs into manufacturable processes.
   Work closely with production and quality teams to analyze and resolve process issues.
   Optimize production workflows and improve overall efficiency.
   Develop and manage production process standards, including work quotas and time allocation.
   Establish and maintain process documentation such as BOMs and process control plans.
   Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
2. New Product & Process Development
   Participate in new product development and ensure smooth process transition into production.
   Evaluate and improve manufacturing techniques for cost reduction and quality enhancement.
   Oversee process trials and validate new production methodologies.
   Supervise and mentor process engineers and technicians.
   Conduct training on manufacturing processes, safety protocols, and technical advancements.
   Evaluate and enhance team performance through continuous skill development.
3. Compliance & Quality Control
   Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
   Work with the quality control department to enhance product quality and consistency.
   Implement corrective actions and preventive measures for process-related defects.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Welding, Mechanical Design & Manufacturing, or a related field.

Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in mechanical product manufacturing process design or quota management.
Experience in welding, stamping, coating, and plating processes is preferred.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in using 2D and 3D design software.
Strong knowledge of mechanical manufacturing equipment, production capacity, and operational procedures.
Experience in process optimization and lean manufacturing methodologies.

Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Mandarin (required) for communication with technical teams and headquarters.
English (preferred) for reporting and workplace coordination.
