Process Executive-Operations (Vietnamese Speaking)

Job Summary

Process Executive is responsible for working as Operator for Basic Review. Associates will make an outbound call and review all the attributes provided following the GDO Policy accordingly. Associates are expected to ensure 100% compliance with quality below 2%, 100% productivity, and no escalation issues. Associates need to display a high level of confidence in ensuring compliance with both Client and Cognizant policies, and the Code of Ethics.

Responsibilities

1. Listing Review (Verify and review information as per policy and guidelines)
2. Analyze the data, reviews, moderate, and fix relevant data; resolve user reports and queries.
3. Basic Listing Review.
4. Listing verification; identify spam trends and escalate to relevant teams.
5. Adhere to process quality metrics and strive to exceed the monthly/annual quality & productivity targets.
6. Gather information via outbound calls to businesses.

Qualifications

• Possess strong English speaking skills.
• Native Vietnamese speaker with the ability to read, write, and speak the language.
• Experience in ISV Hi-Tech or Customer Support domains is a plus.
• Ability to work from the office during day shifts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
