Job Summary

• Designing, implementing and optimizing manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Identifying and troubleshooting process bottlenecks and inefficiencies in production.
• Analyzing production data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to management.
• Liaise with R&D for technical issues and variation of product characteristics.
• Ensure consistent quality of input materials, detailed steps of each design process and final products standards.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and methodologies for new products.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.
• Providing technical support and training to production staff.
• Documenting processes, procedures and technical specifications.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical Engineering/ Process Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Process Engineer in a polymer manufacturing environment.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proven track record of improving processes and driving operational excellence in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement cost savings.
• Based at Kajang/Semenyih factory.
