Process Engineer | Pasir Gudang

Company Background:

Our client company, with its headquarters in Japan, is set to establish a new manufacturing facility at Pasir Gudang, Malaysia. This plant will focus on electromechanical assembly and advanced material fabrication for semiconductor equipment, designed to meet customer needs while also expanding the company's global business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage onsite manufacturing operations and ensure production efficiency.
2. Track product progress and coordinate with teams to meet deadlines.
3. Implement continuous improvement initiatives for product designs and processes.
4. Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve production-related issues.
5. Ensure smooth operations through process optimization and technical support.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or Chemical Engineering.
2. Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing or product engineering role.
3. Fluent in Mandarin as need to communicate with China's team members.
4. Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
5. Willing to undergo 3 months of training in China.
