PROCESS ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

• Achieve management target for glass loss.
• Minimize process downtime.
• Support analysis of process parameters.
• Implement process improvement and innovation.
• Ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
• Support work for Preventive Maintenance (PM) and process job changing.
• Plan and assign daily job duties to workers involved in line setup, controlling day-to-day production activities and schedules to meet customer requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager/Head of Department.
• Prepare weekly and monthly production reports.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Skills:

• Ability to work in hot temperatures and shifts.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Engineering - Industrial, Mechanical or equivalent.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma's Degree in a related Engineering field.
• Good command of written and spoken Mandarin (required for liaison with China HQ), English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Experience in multinational companies (especially Chinese companies) is preferred.
