Responsibilities:

• Designing specifications for the use of raw materials, inventory usage, and production.
• Track all materials, equipment, and labor, and report daily production figures.
• Monitoring, implementing, and inspecting plant facilities and practices.
• Ordering maintenance, repairs, and optimizations of machines and workflows.
• Monitor the productivity of staff, materials, and equipment to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Ensure that the production operations are smooth.
• Take full responsibility for the machine to meet the quality and quantity of the products.
• Resolve all problems arising in the shortest time and ensure safety and efficiency.
• Know the process of processing, manufacturing, and the principle of each machinery operating and equipment. In case of incidents, thoroughly investigate root causes, and implement analysis and improvement to achieve maximum productivity.
• Create Work Instructions and provide training to operators.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in the engineering field.

• Read and understand technical documents in English/Chinese is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of quality systems and the environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
