Process Engineer

Your new company

A multinational semiconductor manufacturer is looking for Process Engineers to join their growing organisation in Melaka.

Your new role

1. You will be responsible for overseeing the execution of various new product initiatives from the initial kick-off through prototyping, characterisation, iterative learning cycles, and qualifications all the way to mass production.
   
2. You will work closely with factory operations teams to ensure manufacturing targets, quality standards, and cost objectives are met.
   
3. You will be responsible for collaborating with global teams to develop and implement emerging technology roadmaps and establish process capabilities ahead of demand.
   

What you'll need to succeed

1. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
   
2. At least 8 years of experience in Process Development in a similar capacity in the semiconductor industry.
   
3. Experience in lead frame product portfolio is an added advantage.
