To provide process and engineering support of the entire project cycle from pre-sales technical support, bids or proposal, project execution, detail engineering, procurement, technical support during construction, start-up & commissioning, training & hand over to end user.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in design reviews and clarifications at the early stages of process and basic engineering design.
• Evaluate and select appropriate process equipment and instruments.
• Study tender specifications, and prepare process design calculation, equipment sizing, process flow diagrams, and preliminary layout. Prepare list of equipment, source for quotation, prepare technical proposal and compile the price list for tender submission.
• Prepare process engineering related document such as piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), process & functional descriptions, material and energy balances, utility and consumable balances, process data sheets, list of equipment, piping, valve & instrument for engineering design.
• Liaison with consultant & client for technical subjects. Representing technology department in internal and external project review meeting.
• Involve in testing & commissioning (T&C) activities of the treatment plant, on and off site training for the operators, and troubleshoot problems at site (focus on finalizing customer acceptance certification).
• Participate in the HAZOP/ FMEA study.
• Prepare plant operation and maintenance manual (O&M).

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical / Process / Mechanical Engineering.

Working Experience:

Require one year experience and excellent knowledge in chemical theories of air pollution control, water or wastewater process technology, heat and mass balance and Process Control. Fresh graduates with good fundamental engineering knowledge and academic results are encouraged to apply.

Technical & Professional Knowledge:

• Being proficient with MS Word, Excel and Power Point;
• Good analytical thinking & problem solving skills;
• Experience in generating PFD, P&ID drawing.
• Strong background in process design and construction projects is an advantage;
• Strong background in air pollution, wastewater or water treatment plant operation is an advantage;
• Fluent written and spoken in Mandarin (is a must with China counterpart) & English.
