Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to optimize operations and reduce waste
• Conduct analysis and performance evaluations of existing processes to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new processes and systems
• Monitor and evaluate process parameters metrics to ensure quality standards and productivity goals are met
• Identify and troubleshoot process issues, recommending and implementing corrective actions as needed
• Develop and maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and best practices
• Conduct time study for processes improvement
• Equip with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes and systems

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any related field
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including process control and optimization
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
