Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the manufacturing of highly sophisticated communication products for the professional and mission critical markets in the commercial, government and industrial segments.
2. Work with customer/R&D to manage the successful implementation of NPR.
3. Perform line balancing, improve productivity, reduce cycle time, and reduce CoPQ in production.
4. Generate and maintain documents such as manufacturing BOM, Engineering Change Order (ECO), Manufacturing Process Specification (MPS), and pilot report.
5. Apply sound engineering knowledge in troubleshooting product failures, producing failure analysis reports, and performing corrective actions.
6. Provide technical support to value stream teams to achieve business and quality indices.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering with 2-5 years of working experience.
2. Working experience in PCB assembly or box-build assembly manufacturing. Knowledge in plastic molding, sheet metal stampings, castings, rubber and elastomers, latest display technology, and electro-mechanical components would be an added advantage.
3. Experience in jig and fixture design, and ability to utilize the latest CAD tools such as Pro/Engineer.
