1. Control System Maintenance (DCIM):
Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of control systems to prevent failures or process disruptions of DCIM. Ensure that all control systems and related equipment are functioning properly.
2. Process Improvement (O&M):
Analyze process data to identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks. Work with operations and maintenance teams to develop and implement solutions that enhance process reliability and performance.
3. Incident Management & Troubleshooting:
Respond to equipment or system malfunctions, diagnose the root cause, and restore the process to normal operations as quickly as possible. Document all issues and resolutions for future reference.
4. System Upgrades & Modifications:
Work on system upgrades and implement control strategies that align with industry best practices and technological advancements. Ensure that modifications are tested and documented appropriately.
5. Compliance & Safety:
Ensure all process control activities comply with safety regulations, company standards, and industry best practices. Contribute to risk assessments and the development of safety procedures related to process control.
6. Collaboration & Support:
Collaborate with operation, engineering, and maintenance teams to ensure continuous, reliable operations. Provide support to operators and other team members to optimize control system process. Work closely with all departments to on-board governance process of solution offerings.
7. Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze operational data and control system trends to identify performance issues or opportunities for optimization. Prepare reports on work order performance, incidents, and improvements.
8. Documentation & Record-Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all process control system modifications, incidents, and maintenance activities. Ensure documentation complies with regulatory and requirements. Conduct audit of governance for continuous optimization, focusing on documentation related to compliance, policies, standards, and guidelines.
9. May require mobilization during afterhours/weekends during emergencies.
