Process Associate Korean Speaker (Jan 2025)

1. Handling pre-online booking enquiries, post-online booking enquiries, other general enquiries, escalation support & booking amendment/cancellation.
2. To exceed customers' expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
3. Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
4. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
5. Communicating with customers through various channels and acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
6. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
7. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
8. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary and providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
9. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

1. Candidate must possess at least a TOPIK5 or above (Non-Native).
2. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent level (Native).
3. Required language(s): English & Korean.
4. Full Training Program will be provided for new hires even fresh graduates who are interested to start their career.
5. Working days: 5 days per week (including weekends).
6. Working hours: Rotational Work Shift (9 Hours Per Day).
7. Each Shift consists of 9 working hours including 1-hour break-time.
