We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Premier Service Manager (PSM) to manage the operations of our Flagship Premier Private Client Centre.

As the PSM, you will be the first point of contact for all walk-in clients. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Centre/lounge, maintaining a welcoming environment, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

1. Centre / Lounge Operations Management

  1. Oversee day-to-day operations of the PPC Centre, including serving meals and beverages to clients, managing inventories and operational planning.
  2. Maintain scheduling for use of meeting rooms, events, and in-Centre dining.
  3. Upkeep and oversee the PPC Centre premises in accordance with prescribed standards.
  4. Create a welcoming atmosphere for visiting clients, including warmly greeting clients upon arrival, providing clear directions to meeting rooms, and ensuring clients find their designated spaces.
  5. Take a proactive approach when attending to clients in the Centre, anticipating their needs and addressing concerns promptly.
  6. Identify ways to enhance client service and experience.
  7. Plan, organize, and execute events at the Centre aimed at acquiring new clients and engaging existing clients (events include investment seminars, thematic talks, lifestyle events, ranging from 10 pax to 200 pax).
  8. Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue setup, audiovisual requirements, catering, and attendee registration.
  9. Work within allocated budgets for each event, ensuring cost-effective planning and execution; seek opportunities for sponsorships or partnerships to maximize resources.
  10. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event coordination.

2. Relationship Management

  1. Support and collaborate with Client Advisors (CA), Client Advisor Assistants (CAA), and Desk Head to deliver excellent service, ensuring smooth handover of the client by informing CA when client arrives.
  2. Deliver personalized and memorable experiences to deepen client relationships, familiarizing with client appointments and individual names, and engaging in small talk with clients.
  3. Identify opportunities for new sign-ups, referrals, upselling, or cross-selling banking products and services.

Qualifications

  1. Strong customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional services.
  2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
  3. Possess a professional, presentable, and well-groomed appearance.
  4. Attention to detail in providing high-quality service and experience; prior experience in a similar role within private lounges or the luxury hospitality industry is advantageous.
  5. Strong organizational skills with scheduling, event management, inventory management, and facility management.
  6. Able to handle challenging situations with professionalism and tact.
