Printshop Operations Manager (Plastic card printing)

TRIIIO is excited to partner with a world leader in trusted identity solutions, providing secure access to facilities, systems, and information. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Printshop Operations Manager to lead a new print service line in Malaysia.

Main responsibility:
As a printshop manager, you'll support the realization of the screen and offset printing capability and oversee the operations and workflow of the print room, ensuring efficient and timely production of printed materials & custom graphics.

What do you need to qualify for the role?

• Proven experience in leading screen and offset plastic printing in a high-volume production environment.
• Proven leadership experience in leading day-to-day printing operations with a result-driven approach.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving on-time delivery and meeting quality standards.
• Experienced in navigating CAD software.
• Experience in operating printing equipment such as Komori, Sakura, or similar machines.
• Strong English communication and team collaboration skills.

You will play a key role in further developing the capabilities of the printing vertical in Malaysia as you will work closely with the Site Managing Director.
