About the role

Canon Marketing (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive and organised Print Care Assistant to join our team in Selangor. This is a 1-year contract role that is renewable based on performance. As our Print Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the administration and operations of our print services division.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Provide efficient and responsive administrative support to the Print Services department
2. Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
3. Assist with the processing and tracking of print orders and related documentation
4. Maintain accurate records and databases related to print job details, customer information, and inventory
5. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the timely delivery of print services
6. Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and organisation of the work area

What We're Looking For

1. At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in a print or office services environment
2. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
4. A customer-oriented mindset and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction
