Principal Workplace Lead Engineer (SCCM / Intune)

My client is an MNC operating in the manufacturing industry.

Your New Role

1. Lead, implement and maintain Microsoft Intune and System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM/MEMCM) solutions.
2. Design, deploy and maintain endpoints on selected platforms, ensuring optimal performance and security for large-scale enterprise setup.
3. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to Workplace L2 and Ops support teams.
4. Monitor and proactively address endpoint-related incidents.
5. Enhance and maintain PowerShell scripts as well as investigate root causes of incidents and implement permanent fixes to prevent recurrence.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

1. Possess extensive experience of Microsoft SCCM and Intune infrastructure.
2. Strong knowledge of MS Windows environment, virtualisation platforms, and automation skills, preferably using PowerShell scripting.
3. SCCM – Application Management, Endpoint Protection, OS deployments and Health Monitoring.
4. End Point Manager, IT Infrastructure understanding, Change / Improvements.
5. Good understanding of MDM and macOS (Added advantage).
