About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Principal Consulting Manager, a subject matter expert to lead our recruitment teams across three specialized portfolios:
Retail & Consumer

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients within the assigned sector.
Develop and implement business strategies to expand market presence.
Identify and pursue new client opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Provide consultative solutions to clients on talent acquisition and workforce planning.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruitment team.
Set KPIs and performance targets, ensuring achievement of hiring and revenue goals.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes and ensure high-quality talent delivery.
Provide market insights and recruitment best practices to the team.
Stay updated on industry trends, talent supply-demand dynamics, and competitor activities.
Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.
Build a strong network of candidates within the specific industry.
Manage the P&L of the assigned portfolio, ensuring profitability and cost control.
Optimize recruitment workflows to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and recruitment regulations.
Key Requirements
Degree/Diploma in any academic or related field.
5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in managing one of the portfolio recruitments: Healthcare & Life Sciences, Information & Communication Technology, Retail & Consumer.
Strong business development, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to recruitment.
