Principal Product Engineer (Business Group)

What you will do

• Accountable for all product characterization and qualification data, both in completeness and in correctness.
• Responsible for the technical content and quality of the product release.
• Responsible for proper archiving of char/test data and documentation.
• Responsible for Monthly production status and initiate possible cost down plan.
• Accountable to execute tasks according to planning, find solutions to keep the planning on track.
• Negotiate Qual plans with QRE and Guides product qualifications.
• Participates in Risk assessment (FMEA).
• Participates in problem solving teams (8D).
• Initiates peer and gate reviews for the PE part.
• Built competences up to expert level on data statistics, Semiconductor processes, communication, English language, reporting, and working in projects, BCAM, yield and data analysis tools.

What you will need

• Bachelor or Master’s degree.
• At least 5 years of product engineering experience.
• Familiar with data analysis statics and C++ program reading.
• Familiar with IC qualification flow and operations.
• Show initiative, take ownership, and have an entrepreneurial attitude.
• Have customer orientation and quality mindset.
• Possesses Analytical Skills and ability to apply pragmatic approaches.
• Communication skills in English.
• Passionate in Analog ICs development work.
