As a Principal IT Solutions Consultant, you will provide expert advice, analysis, and recommendations to clients, helping them solve business challenges, improve operations, and achieve their goals. This role involves assessing business requirements, clarifying requirements with global, regional, or country business as needed, and driving requirement clarification sessions and workshops. You will ensure structured communication and message delivery to all parties, making sure solutions delivered satisfy the required implementations. The Consultant works across various industries and domains, bringing specialized knowledge, problem-solving skills, and strategic insights to drive impactful results. Essential stakeholder management skills and the ability to work with all parties are required.

Good understanding of DHL business processes and related application usage is a must.

Having Retail POS product knowledge is a huge plus. Very good knowledge of DHL business processes will also be an integral part of this role.
