Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Operations
   • Manage the day-to-day operations of the kindergarten, including school fee collection, resource allocation, and budgeting.
   • Oversee student enrollment to achieve company goals.
   • Ensure compliance with safety and health standards, creating a clean and secure environment for learning and growth.
   • Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s learning progress and performance.
   • Build strong relationships with parents to foster trust and collaboration.
2. Teacher Recruitment & Development
   • Recruit, train, and support teachers in achieving their personal KPIs.
   • Maintain high standards of education and development for all students.
   • Implement organizational culture, rules, and procedures.
   • Conduct regular meetings, oversee employee performance, and manage performance appraisals.
   • Plan class schedules and handle personnel deployment efficiently.
   • Create and maintain a safe, comforting, and stimulating environment for children.
3. Lead Operations
   • Efficiently manage the school budget and resources, including purchasing and maintaining groceries.
   • Oversee the upkeep, safety, and cleanliness of the center to meet operational standards.
   • Manage collection and expenses to ensure financial health.
4. Enhance Education
   • Ensure staff adhere to the required curriculum, timetable, and daycare activities.
   • Supervise teaching techniques, study materials, and overall learning experiences.
   • Organize exciting activities and events for the children to encourage learning and creativity.
