Position: Prime Payroll Lead - Japanese Speaking
Employment Location: Kuala Lumpur City Center
Salary Package: RM 18,500 – RM 24,000 with Performance Bonus available.
Working Days / Hours: Mon – Fri
Reporting date: As Soon as possible

Allowances:

1. Candidates based in Klang Valley and come to office 3 days a week. The allowance is for travelling and car park. Eligible RM 9000 per annum.
2. If outside of Klang Valley (and hence expected to WFH most time), will only be eligible for RM 3,000 per annum for mobile plan allowance.

Knowledge & Experience

• Minimum 8+ years working on payrolls, in an outsourced function and in a leadership role.
• Strong legislative knowledge of key local and regional payrolls.
• Experience in developing and cultivating relationships that support our clients, with the vision of supporting our customer for life approach.
• SAP ECP Experience.
• Deep understanding of payroll and country-specific business processes, experienced in managing process excellence, data security and compliance with global and regional standards.
• Must possess excellent communication skills and be able to present and communicate to senior stakeholders.

Education and Qualifications / Skills and Competencies

• University degree.
• Professional certification (or equivalent), or proactively seeking to qualify.
• Fluent in English, and another local/regional language (Japanese) at JLPT N1/N2.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
