Candidate will be working closely with our Salesforce Sales and Pre-Sales team on technical propositions for potential customers by preparing tailored demos and following suit with the creation of scope of work in the proposal in a timely manner.
Conducting customer facing demonstrations of the Salesforce platform which includes technical configuration and customer storyboarding.
A crucial role in articulating technical features and functions from a business perspective in order to drive value and to assist in solution design for proposed projects with prospective clients.
Planning and drawing digital solutions to customer problems.
Preparing documentations (slides/proposals) for ongoing and potential new opportunities.
Willing to help with any work-related tasks assigned by a supervisor.
Participate in execution of high-quality marketing strategies within the defined time frame.
Leveraging on data analytical skills to create actionable insights within each of our project lines.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of analytical models to provide new insights to the marketing and sales leaders.
Contribute to development of custom reporting frameworks to incorporate new data inputs, including new products and calculated metrics.
Complete Salesforce/Walkme modules as per the directions.
Prepare Salesforce Marketing documentations and reports.
Conduct in-depth Salesforce research to identify new market opportunities and consumer preferences to support campaign creations.
Develop and maintain Salesforce digital campaigns to increase web traffic.
Track and measure marketing outcomes including marketing activities, response, leads, sales, retention, and ROI.
Forecast market trends on Salesforce.
Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand and our products.
Develop business cases to support new marketing strategies, budget requests, projects, and marketing plans.
Use customer feedback to ensure client satisfaction.
Ensure brand alignment to increase brand awareness and equity.
Learn consistently about new features and functions of SAAS solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree, Master (preferred) from a relevant field.
Min of 1-2 Years of working experience in Salesforce-related field.
Mandatory to possess any of Salesforce certification: Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, Community Cloud Consultant, User Experience Designer, or Data Architecture and Management Designer, PMP, Scrum Certification.
Expertise with Google Analytics; Passion for data, and analysis; Comfortable working with large data sets.
Advanced data modelling, analysis skills, Ms Office, Google Suite.
Proven ability in Technology and Consulting.
Good knowledge in building reports and dashboard in Salesforce.
Good knowledge in using data visualization tools (Tableau, Qlik, etc).
Good knowledge in data modeling or database configuration and data management.
Knowledge in SQL, Salesforce Object Query Language.
High energy with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced and unstructured environment.
Team player, comfortable working with cross-functional stakeholders.
Proven problem-solving skill.
Strong written and verbal ability to communicate ideas through data.
