To handle all the incoming requests/issues reported by the users (via platforms such as email/call/whatsapp).
To create a ticket (incident/service request) by documenting the reported requests/issues in the ticketing system for further processing.
To be the coordinator/bridge among the resolving teams and users, providing regular updates when necessary.
To monitor and follow up on the backlog tickets with the respective ticket owners or resolving teams.
To distribute and deliver regular reports (weekly/monthly) to the management.
