Our client “BILUT LEISURE SDN. BHD.” is seeking a PR Manager to join their company!

What you’ll be doing?

• Media Relations: Build and nurture relationships with journalists and influencers to secure positive coverage for the resort.
• Content Creation: Craft engaging press releases and social media content to promote resort events, promotions, and news.
• Event Management: Plan and coordinate media events, press trips, and resort activities that showcase the property's unique offerings.
• Social Media Strategy: Oversee the resort's social media presence, creating captivating content that resonates with guests and stakeholders.
• Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends and public perception to inform innovative PR strategies.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor media coverage and prepare insightful reports to evaluate PR effectiveness and guide future initiatives.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with Marketing & Sales, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure aligned messaging and objectives.
• Agency Leadership: Manage day-to-day relationships with agency partners to maximize PR impact.
• Project Juggling: Efficiently multitask between various projects, ensuring all initiatives receive proper attention and execution.
• Crisis Management: Handle sensitive issues with tact and develop strategies to protect the resort's reputation during challenging situations.

Who are they looking for?

• Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field that has equipped you with relevant skills.
• Industry Experience: Proven track record in PR, communications, or a similar role, typically with 3-5 years of experience in the field.
• Communication Prowess: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey messages across various platforms.
• Media Savvy: Strong media relations skills and a comprehensive understanding of the evolving media landscape.
