• Responsible to enhance the company’s digital presence across all platforms (website, social media, and email marketing) by creating engaging content, optimizing for SEO, and ensuring up-to-date information about products, events, and promotions.
• Work closely with the business division and other departments to ensure all digital and event-related content is aligned with company goals and brand standards.
• Liaise with external vendors, venues, and event partners to ensure smooth execution of events. Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
• Assist and manage both online and offline events, including marketing materials, logistics, timelines, vendor management, and budget allocation to ensure smooth execution of events.
• Track the performance of events and digital campaigns, gather feedback, and provide reports with insights to improve future efforts.
• Any other tasks as and when assigned by Management or direct superior.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or any other related fields.
• Minimum 2-year in PR, Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing or relevant working experience in related fields.
• Familiar with Ms PowerPoint, Ms Excel and Ms Word.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English. Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
• Independent, initiative, problem-solving skills and able to work under minimum supervision.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Applicants must be willing to report to work at Petaling Jaya.
