Job Description:
Responsible for the public relations tasks of vivo Malaysia, establishing and maintaining a good reputation for brand image.
Formulate and implement annual PR communication projects, including but not limited to brand events, co-branding events, industry alliances, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) events.
Execute and implement new product PR communication plans, including but not limited to launching events, creativity, media press releases, etc.
Manage media and KOL resources, conducting effective analysis, management, and relationship maintenance.
Handle public opinion crises of brands and products, formulating reasonable and effective crisis public relations response strategies, and controlling the implementation effect.
Qualifications:
At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in media/public relations companies/PR companies. Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, or other related fields.
Experienced in leading or participating in brand strategy events, PR events, CSR, and other special projects. Familiar with the Malaysian media environment and have certain media relations. Strong English and Mandarin copywriting ability due to business nature.
