Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Post Basic Staff Nurse/Post Basic Medical Assistant who can provide expert care by delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients undergoing hemodialysis, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the treatment process.

Key Responsibilities

1. Responsible for managing patient's information.
2. To arrange staff nurse and patient's schedule.
3. Responsible for assessment of care needs of patients.
4. To assist the patients in taking the prescribed medications and ensure that the patients are following all the instructions given by the doctors.
5. To provide a report to the Nephrologist (NIC), Doctor (PIC) and National Renal Registry (NRR).
6. To guide the staff Assistant Medical Officer (AMO), staff Nurse (SN) and Dialysis Technician (TA).
7. To help manage the center.
8. To ensure the center is always tidy and clean.

Requirements

1. Min Diploma/Degree in Nursing or in a relevant subject.
2. State Registered Nurse and Assistant Medical Officer with Post Basic in Renal (will be added as advantage).
3. Possess Certificate in Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) & Basic Life Support (BLS).
4. Min 2-year experience of working in a Hemodialysis unit.
5. Fresh graduates are welcomed.
