1. Possess Post Basic Certificate in Renal Nursing
2. Registered Nurse
3. Diploma in Nursing or Diploma in Medical Assistant

Job Description:
Responsible for providing comprehensive, high-quality care to patients with Chronic Kidney Disease, focusing on principles of fair access, patient participation, health promotion, and prevention. Administer all forms of blood purification treatments required for end-stage kidney disease care.

We are a medical provider or General Practitioner (GP) since 1983. Currently, Poliklinik Dr Azhar dan Rakan-Rakan has more than 100++ branches of clinics all around Malaysia. Other than that, we also have a Pharmacy (Farmasi Azam), Dental Clinic (Azam Dental), and Dialysis centre (Pusat Hemodialisis Dr Azhar). Our HQ is at Sungai Petani, Kedah.
