Analyze & process new business, renewals, and change request from group policy holder as per stipulated benchmark and requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
Process all transactions received as per stipulated requirements.
Ensure that timelines and objectives agreed with superior for any other assignments/projects that may be assigned are met or exceeded.
Ensure 100% on-time implementation of impact plans and participate/drive/contribute in team activities.
Attend and get certified for development plans identified to upgrade authority limit/upskill and personal development. Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor to meet operational and/or other requirements.
Ensure team operating efficiency.
Correspond and reply via email to business partners on any clarification and inquiries on the cases received.
Continuously attend/involve with training for personal and career development. Support processing within the department including cross-support processing for other countries.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, or similar qualifications.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
High proficiency in speaking English.
Positive attitude and willingness to share and learn.
Ability to work under pressure with minimal guidance and is a team player.
Able to adapt to a desk-bound working environment, working shifts including weekends on a rotational basis & able to work overtime beyond normal office hours (including weekends & public holidays).
The role is required to follow the Australia working calendar (working hours: 5/6am to 2/3pm).
