Job Description
- To support Project Management Team including tracking status of deliverables and milestones, issue coordination, planning, reporting, and coordinating activities in support of quality objectives.
- Supporting project manager in executing project delivery. Schedule and organize project meetings and training with project team members.
- Interacting daily with Project Manager to track status of project deliverables and milestones.
- Compiling project status update from Project Manager and creating PMO Department Reports.
- Compiling and filing project documents in hardcopy and softcopy.
- Process new project requests from users, verify data completeness, registration, and status update in the system.
- Managing and maintaining Asset Inventory in PMO department.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in related field.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field or fresh graduate.
- PMO experience and Stakeholder Management is highly desirable.
- Strong administrative skills.
