Playscape Designer

Position Overview:

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Playscape Designer with strong 3D modeling and presentation skills to join our team. If you have a passion for innovative design and experience with 3D software, we encourage you to apply. You will be responsible for bringing imaginative playground concepts to life, working closely with clients and consultants to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop high-quality 3D designs, renders, and fly-through animations for innovative playground designs.
2. Use 3D Rhino, Sketchup or AutoCAD for modeling and Enscape, Keyshot, Twinmotion or Lumion for rendering.
3. Communicate with landscape architects, consultants, and other stakeholders on ongoing design projects.
4. Present design concepts and ideas to clients and consultants, ensuring alignment with project goals.
5. Interpret and work from plans across a variety of projects, understanding and adapting to different requirements.
6. Hand sketching skills are a plus for concept development and quick ideation.

Qualifications:

1. Proficiency in 3D modeling & rendering software is essential, with added advantage for those skilled in CAD, Rhino, Sketchup, Enscape, Keyshot, Twinmotion & Lumion.
2. Background in 3D modeling, architecture, landscape architecture, industrial design, or related fields is ideal, but we welcome applicants from any design discipline with strong 3D capabilities.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in all aspects of design and presentation.
