Plant Manager (Manufacturing Company)

Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily plant operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Implement and maintain manufacturing best practices and standards. Manage and lead a team of production staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety protocols.

Develop and execute production schedules to meet company goals and customer demands. Monitor and control manufacturing costs to ensure budget compliance.

Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and resolve any issues. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance. Prepare and present regular reports on plant operations to senior management. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a plant management role within Japanese or Taiwanese manufacturing companies.

Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in Japanese or Mandarin is highly preferred.

Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Candidate: Chinese candidates are preferred due to language and cultural alignment with our key markets.
