Plant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage ramp-up of production lines and secure output targets are achieved
• Drive product related quality aspects and improvement projects
• Drive performance and cost management, implement relevant KPIs
• Establish reliable production planning and steering
• Define and execute operational strategy for the site
• Ensure compliance with standards such as IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001
• Responsible for EHS requirements for the site
• Manage facility and utilities required for production

Qualifications:

• Long-standing experience in running high volume production
• Proven experience in production ramp-up
• Sound experience in people management
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Fluent in production relevant tools such as Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, and PDCA
• Quick comprehension and analytical thinking
• Strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, flexibility
• Knowledgeable in SAP
• Fluent in English (written and spoken), preferably Mandarin
