Plant Manager

Our client is focused on delivering critical infrastructure for data centers, telecom, and industrial sectors with a global workforce of more than 30,000 with more than 20 global manufacturing sites.

Responsibilities:

• Formulates and implements administrative policies through subordinate managers.
• Ensures efficient operation of departments, including Production, Quality, Finance, Materials, Engineering, Maintenance, Human Resources, and Health & Safety.
• Selects, trains, motivates, and develops staff while fostering inter-departmental collaboration.
• Represents the organization in industry associations to enhance company reputation and monitor trends.
• Holds general power of attorney for the organization.
• Oversees operations to ensure safety and develops plans for smooth workflow.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• Extensive experience in manufacturing or industrial operations with progressive leadership roles.
• Proven supervisory or managerial experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Expertise in production planning, quality control, and process optimization.
