Why does this job exist and why is it critical?

Key Responsibilities:

1. Planning & Financial Analysis:

• Conduct financial analysis for new proposals and business negotiations.
• Use consumer insights and data analytics for product pricing and market strategies.
• Support the annual budget and business plan preparation.
• Identify market trends and collaborate on developing green products.

2. Performance Tracking and Optimization:

• Monitor and analyse KPIs for performance and customer acquisition.
• Prepare reports, budget control and forecasting.
• Provide insights and recommendations for product optimization.
• Develop performance dashboards and improve data processes.

3. Operationalisation:

• Collaborate with various departments on financial and operational processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial governance and company policies.
• Undertake any other ad hoc tasks as requested by Manager.
