Planning Executive

What You’ll Do:

• Plan & Schedule: Create and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to ensure smooth operations and on-time delivery.
• Monitor Inventory: Track stock levels and forecast material needs to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Optimize Workflow: Prioritize and coordinate production processes to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Problem-Solve: Address delays, adjust plans, and keep production running smoothly.
• Track Performance: Monitor key production metrics (output, efficiency, defects) and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with Sales, Purchasing, Production, QC, Warehouse, and R&D to streamline operations.
• Report & Improve: Provide updates and solutions to management.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in Food Manufacturing Industry
• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain or Manufacturing Management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; SAP experience is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in production planning or manufacturing.
• Ability to learn quickly and perform under pressure.
• English & Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
