Calling out for hardworking & result driven Physiotherapist to join our remarkable team.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle fully physiotherapist services and schedule to reach utmost patient satisfaction in the centre or housecall.
2. Conduct and examine patient complaints and conditions, providing consultation treatment based on assessment.
3. Ensure the treatment arranged/proposed eases pain, reduces discomfort, and aims to achieve an agreed resolution between patient and physiotherapist.
4. Manage patient complaints by providing proper explanation and guidance based on matters arisen, with specific/written records to avoid misleading information.
5. Revise scheduled treatment sessions based on changes in treatment given, and propose follow-up treatment sessions based on patient capacity, responses, and capability.
6. Optimize the planned daily schedule, accommodate changes if required, and meet patient demands.
7. Join any events organized by the company.
8. Undergo tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

1. Must possess at least a Diploma in Physiotherapy.
2. Applicants equipped with manual techniques are encouraged to apply.
3. Must possess own transport.
4. Have great communication skills.
5. Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
6. Computer literate (Words & Excel).
7. Able to work in Saujana Utama, Sungai Buloh, or Subang Star Avenue.
8. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
9. Completed Vaccination.

Note: Our female staff do not treat male patients and vice versa.

Remuneration:
Employees' salary can be up to RM3000+ (including commission, allowance, etc).
