Pharmacy Assistant

As a Pharmacy Assistant at Park@city Pharmacy, your professionalism will play a key role in creating a welcoming and supportive environment for our customers. You will provide valuable counselling and advice on medical, nutritional, and OTC needs, ensuring our customers receive the care they deserve. In addition to delivering exceptional customer service, your expertise in managing daily operations and maintaining inventory will be essential to the smooth performance of our pharmacy.

Here are some of the daily tasks involved:

• Customer Engagement: Provide friendly and professional service, including offering health advice and addressing customer inquiries.
• Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels by monitoring orders, refilling supplies, and coordinating deliveries to ensure adequate inventory at all times.
• Promote Preventive Health: Actively cross-sell supplements and over-the-counter products, aligning with the philosophy that "prevention is better than cure."
• Daily Operations Management: Handle day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth and efficient pharmacy operations.
• Assist in Dispensing: Support the pharmacist in preparing and dispensing medications accurately and efficiently.
