Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in Pharmacy.
• Registered with the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia.
• Fluent in Mandarin/Hokkien/Cantonese, English, and Bahasa Melayu.
• Pleasant personality with strong customer service skills.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical practices, regulations, and procedures.
• Passionate about learning and practicing in a community pharmacy setting.
• Good problem-solving skills and self-motivation.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Providing general healthcare advice and dispensing prescription and non-prescription medications.
• Provide excellent service and maintain good relationships with all our customers.
• Managing pharmacy operations to ensure adherence to standards and achievement of sales targets.
• Lead the outlet staff as a team to achieve the outlet sales targets.
• Be responsible for providing guidance and teaching to the subordinates.
• Always keep up to date on the market trends in terms of medication, product knowledge, and latest pharmacology findings.
• Participate in company activities when necessary.
• 45 hours per week, 5 working days with OT claim applicable.
• Flexible schedule with rotational shifts.
