Job Responsibilities:

1. Attend and assist customers, provide product information and offer advice and guidance on product selection.
2. Assist the pharmacist in drug dispensing and other related duties.
3. Receives incoming goods, stores the deliveries, and is involved in stock control and management.
4. Respond to and deal with customer inquiries or complaints and refer queries to the relevant member of the pharmacy team when necessary.
5. Place price tags, keep up to date with special promotions, and set up displays.
6. Process cash and card payments and balance the cash register with receipts.
7. Maintain store cleanliness and security at all times.
8. Ensure stock visibility and product displays.
9. Handle cashiering duties and calculate daily cash flow.
10. Plan, monitor, and achieve monthly personal sales targets.
11. Any other task as assigned by the superior or any other ad-hoc assignment when required.

Job Requirements:

1. Possess minimum Diploma in Pharmacy or equivalent
2. Good interpersonal and communication skills
3. Having a friendly and engaging personality
4. Outspoken, strong customer service skills, and a sales-oriented mindset
5. Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia
