Pharmacist

We are now expanding and hiring the best candidate to be part of our dynamic growing team. To meet the growing numbers and diversity of patients we treat, we are inviting qualified candidates to join us as Pharmacist for our Senawang hospital branch.

Potential candidates should be able to:

• Assist in distribution and dispensing of drugs and medication based on prescriptions.
• Process prescriptions and medication orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring that stock levels of medications and pharmacy supplies are sufficient.
• Ensure proper storage and labelling of medications in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Assist customers with over-the-counter medication inquiries and provide guidance on proper usage and potential side effects.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy, including shelves, counters, and storage areas.
• Assist in managing and tracking pharmaceutical stock, ensuring expired medications are removed and recorded appropriately.
• Ensure compliance with legal, health, and safety regulations related to pharmacy operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries regarding medications or pharmacy services.
• Provide administrative support, including answering phone calls, managing patient records, and processing transactions.
• Responsible for other related pharmaceutical and administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in medicine and health.
• Candidates with prior experience in Hospital Pharmacy are highly preferred.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology and medication management.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical practices.
• Basic computer skills for processing prescriptions, managing inventory, and customer transactions.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure.
