• Counsel and advise clients on medication regimens and health conditions.
• Screen prescriptions and dispense accurately.
• Provide relevant health tips and personalised advice to encourage healthier lifestyles.
• Recommend suitable health supplements and personal care products to promote preventive care.
• Conduct basic health screenings and related patient care services.
• Ensure medications are supplied safely, in correct quantities, properly labeled, and not expired.
• Uphold professional standards of pharmacy practice.
• Provide coverage for other pharmacists as needed.
• Assist in managing and training pharmacist assistants and floor staff.
• Support inventory management including stock takes, expiry checks, shortage monitoring, and cost optimization.
• Ensure compliance with all government regulations.
• Follow pharmacy best practices and guidelines set by the authorities and the company.
• Maintain proper prescription and poison book records.

• Fully Registered Pharmacist under the Malaysia Pharmaceutical Board.
• Possess at least a Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent and eligible to obtain License A.
• Able to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
