Pharmacist

You will be responsible for unit-dose dispensing and ensuring safe and efficient drug distribution and control system to all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review prescriptions to assure accuracy, appropriateness of medication and determine formulas and ingredients needed.
• Provide medical consultation and healthcare advice to all the customers.
• Recommend suitable health supplements and provide relevant health advice according to individual needs (Cross-selling).
• Provide excellent service and maintain good relationships with all customers.
• Maintain pharmacy files, POS system and inventory/stockholding.
• Maintain good communication and working relationships with all staff within the store, and with the Head Office.
• Manage staff schedule and outlet operation according to standards and procedures of the company.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Pharmacy/Pharmacology or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to network effectively and establish effective working relationships.
• Able to demonstrate effective time management skills while working independently with minimal supervision and supervising others.
• Practical knowledge of computers, software and a wide range of pharmaceutical and consumer products.
• Possess leadership qualities.
