PHARMACIST

About the role

Join us as a Pharmacist in our Batu Pahat, Johor location. In this full-time role, you will play a key part in providing exceptional pharmacy services to our patients and customers. As a Pharmacist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective dispensing of medications, offering expert healthcare advice, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver the best possible patient outcomes.

What you'll be doing

• Accurately and efficiently dispense prescription medications while ensuring patient safety
• Provide comprehensive medication counselling to patients, addressing any questions or concerns
• Maintain detailed records and documentation in compliance with pharmacy regulations
• Participate in inventory management and ensure the pharmacy is well-stocked with necessary medications
• Contribute to the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures
• Be responsible in providing guidance and teaching to the subordinates
• Always keeps up to date on the market trend in terms of medication, product knowledge and latest pharmacology findings

What we're looking for

• Registered Pharmacist with a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Pharmacist in a community or hospital setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, colleagues, and healthcare professionals
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to make informed decisions regarding patient care
• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professional ethics and patient confidentiality
